About us

At NKK dog exibition Bø i Telemark, February 2005

We live in Haga, placed in the local authority Nes, 40 minutes by car or train northeast of  Oslo, the capital of Norway.

Our little red house with a big garden is paradise for minature schnauzers. Here they can run free, in and out, and really enjoy beeing a dog.

Our philosophy in keeping and breeding miniature schnauzers, are quality above quantity. We hope puppies from our kennel can bring something good into the breed, and of course be nice pets and maybe good exhibition dogs.

Why minitature Schnauzer?

Our first contact with miniature schnauzers was in 2003. A friend was taking care of a miniature schnauzer, and we went to see this dog he was talking about. After few minutes we were lost, and totaly in love with this breed.

Some months after we got our own dog, a black/silver bitch, bought from Kennel Cirsium in Stavanger. Her name is Pricilla, and came to us in july 2004. She is a wonderful dog, a little bit reserved to strangers, but very loving to her owners. She has been to several dog exhibitions, and became a Norwegian Champion (NUCH) 17 months old. (At that time the miniature schnauzer in Norway could become Champion at the age of 15 months).

In april 2005 we bought our second bitch, Nikita, from Kennel Greypix. Nikita is salt/pepper, and have pedigree from some of the most  important dogs in european breeding. We are really exited about her qualities.

In desember 2005 we bought Louis Von den Brunnengarten from Kennel Of Taitas Ushabti in Germany. He was 5 years old, and IntCh ++++. He is a wonderful dog, and together with Pricilla, they are  parents to our first litter miniature schnauzers.

In 2008 there will be two more females in our kennel. One salt/pepper from the litter of Nikita, and one black/silver from Kennel Taita's Ushabti in Germany.
Thank you Christel and Werner for this beautiful female.

During time we are estimate having five miniature schnauzers in our house, but that's maximum....................... Or.....?
